                        3. Detailed pros and cons of your property

                        4. Explain in detail exactly what I will do to most

                               effectively market your property

                        5. Assist you in determining the value of your

                            home to make it more competitive with the

                            other homes in your area

                        6. Come to agreement to sell your home

                        7. Carefully Place My Sign on your property

                        8. Take as many pictures both inside and out to

                            present it in the most effective way

                        9. Present your home thru numerous advertising

                           medias

                      10. Keep you completely informed with phone 

                           calls, personal visits and email
