    Do You Qualify For That Home, Never Put The Cart   Before he Horse?

I'm sure you've viewed many different properties recently and I wanted to make a suggestion to you.  The large majority of people have not submitted a mortgage pre-approval through a lender.  It is very important to be pre-approved so that when you start bidding on properties the home seller will see your offer as a strong offer and therefore will more likely accept it.  Unless you intend to pay cash for whatever property you decide to purchase, or if you have an established relationship with a lender already, you may want to consider speaking with our mortgage professional partners. 
 
There are no strings attached in your speaking with them, it's purely for information and advice, just like the part both I and my website play in your property searches.  If in fact you do require financing to be able to make a purchase, I will have to speak with your lender throughout the contract period and it's always better if both the lender and the Realtor are familiar with one another and have a good working relationship.  Furthermore, I work hand and hand on a daily basis with our mortgage partners to insure you have all the proper information necessary and to insure a smooth closing process on your property.
